~ The customer is responsible to provide us with at least a 3 x 3 meter flat open space to set up our equipment ~

~ We need easy access for our equipment through to the cooking area ~

~ We must have electric power provided to us by the customer ~

~ The electric power must be within a 10 meter radius from our equipment ~

~ The customer has to arrange or pay for parking of our vehicle ~

~ Depending on the type of event, we will need at least 4 to 7 hours access to the venue, prior to serving ~

~ Every chef has a folder containing all the ingredients that can be found in our products ~

~ We can not be held responsible for any allergies contracted from our food. Please contact our office for any questions about ingredients ~

~ We strive to serve all food on time, but our chef reserves the right to change any serving time if he/she deems the food not ready for consumption ~

~ No booking is confirmed until a 25% deposit to secure the date of the event is payed. Deposits are non-refundable ~

~ The remaining balance has to be settled in full at least 7 days prior to the event ~

~ Final amendments to your order will have to be made 7 days prior to the event ~

~ Late payments will be subject to an administration fee of 15% ~

~ Participants must be existing customers of London Spit Roast ~

~ Referrers must refer individuals who are not already customers of London Spit Roast~

~ Referrers will receive the designated reward for each successful referral ~

~ Rewards will be provided once the referred individual’s event is completed ~

~ Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative ~

~ Referrers must use the referral code to book within 12 months of receiving the code. While bookings must be made within this timeframe,
the event itself may take place beyond the initial 12-month period ~

~ Multiple successful referrals can be combined for bigger savings  ~

~ Participation in the referral scheme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions ~
